Front-load Samsung washer leaking.
He came at the scheduled time, found the issue immediately, fixed it.
Mentioned my oven wasn't heating, he returned the next day at the scheduled time with a new element, installed it, and charged a reasonable fee for both repairs.
Very knowledgeable, quick work, and professional.
I definitely kept this company's card.
